Presales Consulting Manager

Job Summary

The Presales Consulting Manager at Arabic.AI leads technical oversight and governance for AI solutions during the pre-sales process. This role collaborates with multiple teams to design scalable and secure AI solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex enterprise AI opportunities throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Act as a senior technical advisor, guiding AI Solution Engineers and resolving complex technical issues independently.
• Review and validate AI solution architectures and technical approaches to ensure alignment with customer objectives and Arabic.AI capabilities.
• Oversee technical discovery workshops to understand customer needs and validate AI opportunities.
• Support technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts for enterprise customers, especially in strategic cases.
• Review and approve solution architectures and technical deliverables to ensure scalability, security, compliance, and readiness.
• Collaborate with AI, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align solutions with business and technical strategies.
• Lead the development of reusable technical assets and drive improvements in pre-sales methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field.
• About 8 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Architecture, Technical Consulting, AI Engineering, or Enterprise Technology Consulting.
• Strong hands-on technical skills to assess and explain AI and enterprise technology architectures including AI components, data, APIs, integrations, cloud services, and deployment models.
• Ability to provide independent technical guidance and resolve complex inquiries with confidence.
• Proactive and self-driven in identifying technical requirements and advancing technical workstreams.
• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions for medium to large organizations.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, security frameworks, and solution governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
