Pre-Sales AI Solution Engineer

Job Summary

The Pre-Sales AI Solution Engineer at OmniOps supports enterprise AI initiatives by combining AI solution development, technical pre-sales, and customer interaction, focusing on Generative AI and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and recommend appropriate AI solutions.
• Design high-level architectures for Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Create and showcase AI prototypes, demos, and Proofs of Concept tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, responses to RFPs, and solution presentations.
• Participate in discussions about AI infrastructure, including GPU accelerators, deployment architectures, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams during the pre-sales process.

Must haves

• At least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, software engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration concepts.
• Practical experience developing AI applications, demos, prototypes, or PoCs.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for containerized application deployment and orchestration.
• Understanding of AI infrastructure, including GPU accelerators like NVIDIA and inference workloads.
• Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment architectures.
• Strong skills in technical presentations, documentation, and customer communication.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to haves

• Experience with vLLM, Slang, or other LLM inference-serving frameworks.
• Knowledge of GPU configuration, multi-GPU deployments, and infrastructure sizing.
• Experience with NVIDIA AI software or GPU computing environments.
• Previous background in enterprise AI solution consulting or pre-sales.
