Power+ Trainee

Job Summary

The Power+ Trainee role is part of the STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program at Hitachi Energy, offering a rotational early career experience across multiple business units and countries. The program includes three six-month rotations focusing on diverse projects to develop skills and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in assignments such as quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, and R&D.
• Engage in projects that promote innovation.
• Focus on customer and societal needs.
• Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in daily work.
• Act as an ambassador for the program’s people-centered values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM engineering field such as electrical, mechanical, software, industrial, or energy systems engineering.
• Must be a Saudi Arabia local citizen.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience by the program start date.
• Proficient in English communication; additional languages are advantageous.
• Committed to high-quality work and continuous learning.
• Ability to analyze information and generate new ideas.
• Adaptable and quick learner.
• Team player with strong leadership potential and intercultural sensitivity.
