Platform Lead, KSA

Job Summary

As Platform Lead for Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health, you will identify and source exceptional healthcare founders for investment, build the organization’s brand through marketing and communications, and manage the founder platform and support services for portfolio companies in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage with, and assess top-tier founding entrepreneurs for SSRH investment through brand development, outbound efforts, partnerships, and events
• Conduct due diligence with the investment team to evaluate founders and concepts for the Investment Committee
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, universities, accelerators, and corporate partners including Monsha’at, Ministry of Health, and Vision 2030 programs
• Position Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health as a core contributor to Saudi Arabia’s innovation and healthcare ecosystem through content creation and storytelling across digital channels
• Partner with global Platform and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency while leading market-specific content and media partnerships
• Organize and manage strategic events including Founder Salons, investor roundtables, and ecosystem workshops
• Onboard new founders to the SSRH platform and coordinate strategic support services for portfolio companies
• Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities for portfolio companies within the Kingdom including pilots and regulatory pathways

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in VC or startup environments, preferably in an international context
• Excellent ability to identify and assess top-tier talent
• Strong understanding of the KSA startup ecosystem
• Fully fluent in Arabic and English
• Proven ability to build ecosystems and position an organization within a new market
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all stakeholder levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and comfort working across time zones and geographies
• Prior experience as a startup founder and/or investor is preferred but not mandatory
• Proactive use of AI and emerging technology tools to enhance productivity and create sophisticated workflows beyond basic LLM usage
