Performance Monitoring Senior Specialist

Job Summary

This role involves preparing complex and specialized reports with minimal supervision, contributing to operational targets, and monitoring organizational performance through data collection and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Research international best practices to identify new trends and methods in data reporting.
• Develop and update the reporting framework to ensure consistency and standardization.
• Maintain and update performance management reporting tools for monitoring purposes.
• Collect and consolidate data periodically from all functions ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Manage reporting systems including Tableau and S+.
• Review KPIs dashboard to report results and identify gaps.
• Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) for internal and external stakeholders highlighting performance and deviations.
• Conduct meetings with senior leadership and external stakeholders to discuss results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on corrective and remedial actions implementation.
• Prepare awareness materials and conduct workshops to enhance organizational performance capabilities.
• Adhere to policies, processes, and standard operating procedures for consistent work execution.
• Support junior team members and help resolve escalated problems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Train junior staff and provide guidance, task prioritization, and workflow monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Data Analytics and Business Excellence.
• Developing skills in Strategic and Business Planning, Quality Management, Policy Making, Change Management, Professionalism, Collaboration and Communication, Results Orientation, Customer Focus, and Enablement of Change and Innovation.
