Job Summary
Lead engineering change execution and production data management in manufacturing operations. Oversee system optimization, new product introduction support, and resolution of production abnormalities to ensure efficient factory operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) in the factory
- Manage data entry, update, and verification in production systems including TDC, MES, and SAP
- Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels in compliance with local regulations and customer requirements
- Identify operational pain points and production bottlenecks, propose optimization solutions, and verify implementation results
- Provide engineering preparation support for new product introduction to ensure scheduled mass production
- Resolve production abnormalities by organizing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to minimize impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or engineering-related fields
- Familiarity with engineering change management processes
- Proficiency in operating at least one production management system such as MES or SAP
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations
