What you will do

• Screen incoming CVs and shortlist the strongest candidates
• Source and reach out to candidates for open roles
• Run screening interviews
• Review candidate video interviews
• Write clear, sharp candidate summaries
• Manage candidate communication and keep our ATS up to date
• Jump in on other tasks when needed

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally hiring for tech roles
• A good understanding of tech roles and skills. You don’t need to code, but you need to know what good looks like
• Comfortable working with AI tools and using them to work faster and smarter
• Fluent Arabic and fluent English, written and spoken. This is a must
• Strong communication skills. You speak with confidence, explain things clearly, and can lead an interview with ease
• Strong writing skills. Your summaries should be short, clear, and honest
• Smart, curious, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
• A startup mindset. We’re an early-stage company still building how we work, so you should be proactive, open to any task, and excited to learn as we grow
• Organized and able to work independently

What we offer

• Part time, 5 hours a day, Saturday to Wednesday, fully remote
• Base salary: 300 JOD per month
• Commission on every successful placement you help with
• Freelance contract
• Flexible hours. Having another job is fine as long as you can commit and deliver, and it’s not with another recruitment agency
