Outsystems Developer (Lead)

Job Summary

BlackStone eIT seeks an experienced Outsystems Lead Developer to drive development initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders on high-quality Outsystems applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications aligned with business requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting best practices
• Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure successful execution of the software development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Conduct code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards
• Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations
• Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience specializing in Outsystems
• At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem
• Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Proactive mindset with ability to solve complex problems
• Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded
