Job Summary

As a Technology Consulting professional at EY, you will support organizations in realizing value from their technology investments by helping design, implement, and optimize Oracle solutions. You will work on complex transformation programs across industries, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Oracle transformation projects across various industries
• Gather and analyze business requirements and support solution design activities
• Configure Oracle applications and assist with functional and technical implementation tasks
• Participate in testing activities including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution
• Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, training materials, and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to proposal development, demonstrations, and business development activities

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Approximately 4-7+ years of relevant professional experience in Oracle consulting, implementation, or support projects
• Experience working with one or more Oracle solution areas including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, and/or Oracle EBS
• Participation in at least one full-cycle Oracle implementation project
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are enabled through Oracle technologies
• Fluency in English

Nice to haves

• Experience working within consulting firms or large enterprise organizations
• Arabic language skills
• Oracle certifications
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities
