Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Job Summary

This role leads finance transformation projects, helping clients modernize finance functions and develop strategic transformation roadmaps. It involves advising CFOs and senior executives, driving finance reinvention, and managing full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements to modernize finance functions and create actionable roadmaps.
• Grow the Finance Reinvention Partner team by building relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders and developing talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives on finance transformation strategies.
• Transform finance data, analytics, planning, and reporting to enhance decision-making and support digital transformation.
• Design future-state finance processes across RTR, PTP, and OTC using AI and automation technologies.
• Develop ERP processes (SAP / Oracle) and coordinate with technology teams and partners.
• Manage client engagements from proposal to delivery, overseeing project economics, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor and lead consulting teams fostering collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting and Finance Transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes and Oracle-enabled transformation.
• Experience with end-to-end Finance Platform transformation programs including ERP assessment and functional design (Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle EPM Cloud).
• Expertise in AI-led process digitization including process mining, Gen AI, and Agentic AI.
• Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across service lines to support transformation objectives.
• Experience managing teams of 6–16 resources and practice development.
• Experience leading proposal development for business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to haves

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Professional Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) highly preferred.
• Oracle certifications are a strong plus.
