Mobile Developer

Job Summary

The Mobile Developer will work on developing and maintaining mobile app features using Flutter or native Android/iOS technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile application features using Flutter or native Android/iOS under guidance
• Implement UI screens, components, and integrate APIs according to architecture standards
• Manage state, navigation, and error handling following project guidelines
• Write clean, maintainable code and create basic automated tests
• Ensure performance and user experience standards are met
• Collaborate with QA to understand acceptance criteria and resolve issues before release
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices
• Work with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end features

Must haves

• Solid understanding of Flutter or Kotlin/Swift fundamentals
• Familiarity with common architectures like Provider, MVVM, Bloc, or native equivalents
• Basic API integration skills (REST, JSON)
• Knowledge of performance basics including memory usage and offline behavior
• Good problem-solving and communication skills with willingness to learn
• Experience with Git and standard branching workflows

Nice to haves

• Basics of sockets and real-time data integration
• Exposure to widget/UI testing or snapshot testing
• Experience with Firebase, Sentry, or crash analytics tools
• Familiarity with app deployment pipelines such as TestFlight or Play Console
• Interest in complex UIs, animations, or design systems
• Understanding of analytics and feature flagging
• Knowledge of fintech or real-time trading apps
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and terminal interfaces like Claude Code

Requirements

• 1–3 years overall experience
• At least 6 months of hands-on mobile development experience including internships or projects
• Knowledge of local storage solutions such as SQLite, SharedPreferences, Secure Storage
