Job Summary
Ma-Design seeks a Mid-Level Architect to develop high-end residential and commercial projects from concept through completion. The role requires combining design expertise with technical precision, spatial planning, and knowledge of premium materials and detailing.
Responsibilities
- Develop projects into 2D drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation
- Produce Design Development and Construction Document packages
- Create floor plans with attention to flow, functionality, and architectural details
- Assist with selection of premium finishes, materials, and custom millwork
- Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers
- Refine designs based on technical requirements and site conditions
- Produce all drawings, presentations, and documentation in English
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional architectural experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong technical detailing and spatial planning skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and design sensibility
- Experience with high-end residential or commercial projects preferred
