Job Summary

The Metrics, Efficiency & AI Enablement Lead at MetLife Jordan is responsible for overseeing enterprise performance management, operational excellence, business intelligence, KPI governance, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. This role supports data-driven decision-making to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of enterprise KPIs, manage scorecards, and oversee performance reporting to aid business decisions and operational control.
• Create executive dashboards, analytics, and actionable insights while ensuring data quality and reporting standards.
• Drive initiatives in operational excellence, process improvement, automation, and AI enablement to boost productivity and customer results.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify performance gaps, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting corrective measures.
• Manage transformation benefit realization, governance, and continuous improvement programs aligned with New Frontier strategic goals.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, operational excellence, analytics, performance management, process improvement, or transformation roles.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and business analytics tools with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders, and achieving measurable business improvements.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions to enhance productivity, analytics, reporting, or business processes.

Nice to haves

• Experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or shared services sectors.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or formal continuous improvement training.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, robotic process automation (RPA), or low-code development.
• Experience establishing KPI governance frameworks, data governance practices, and benefits realization methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of AI, automation, predictive analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
