Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

CFI Financial Group seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating events, and managing administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal departments, suppliers, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across print, OOH, TV, and radio while ensuring consistent application of branding guidelines.
• Monitor campaigns to ensure smooth execution and track new OOH and DOOH locations for evaluation.
• Support preparation and execution of events, activations, and sponsorships, including event logistics and venue coordination.
• Conduct due diligence for sponsorships and partnerships and assist in evaluating proposed sponsorships.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
• Process invoices and purchase orders, upload them to the system, and follow up for alignment with contract terms.
• Coordinate with departments to secure signatures and properly archive contracts.
• Follow up with suppliers and agencies for bookings, reports, and statistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of marketing principles including campaigns, sponsorships, branding, OOH/DOOH, and media.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, CRM, Canva, or Adobe Suite is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
