Job Summary
Join Agoda’s marketing team as an analyst focused on data-driven marketing programs. You will work on experimentation, modeling, and reporting across multiple marketing channels to improve customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, and Trivago
- Adapt to new product features and implement changes from successful tests
- Analyze large datasets from experiments and develop predictive models using data science techniques
- Assess impact on bookings from campaigns and pricing optimization initiatives
- Liaise with product teams on implementation roadmaps for modeling insights
- Build dashboards to track performance metrics and derive insights
- Communicate recommendations and growth opportunities to stakeholders through presentations
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science from a top university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis from top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles at fast-growing global tech companies
- Experience with one or more data analysis tools or databases including SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, or SQL
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to make decisions based on objective evidence rather than subjective judgment
Nice to haves
- Experience in digital marketing or ecommerce
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Skills that foster collaboration and team spirit
