Manager – Procurement Performance Management

Job Summary

The Manager – Procurement Performance Management at Qiddiya will lead efforts to enhance procurement effectiveness by managing performance metrics, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvements aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and update procurement KPIs and SLAs to evaluate efficiency, compliance, and value in procurement operations
• Examine procurement data and generate reports and dashboards to monitor category and supplier performance against objectives
• Detect operational inefficiencies and collaborate with relevant parties to execute improvement initiatives
• Assist Business Unit procurement teams with performance monitoring and enhancement strategies
• Oversee supplier performance management by tracking contract compliance and coordinating corrective measures
• Encourage a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance within procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence, ideally in large projects or complex organizations
• In-depth understanding of procurement processes, performance measurement, and supplier management
• Skilled in data visualization and procurement software such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Capable of working collaboratively across teams and managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or similar regional environment is beneficial
