Manager | Engineering AI & Data | AI & Data | AI Architect

Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions for clients as an AI Architect at Manager level. This client-facing leadership role combines deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence with strategic advisory capabilities and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior stakeholders on emerging AI trends including generative AI, agentic AI, decision intelligence, industrial AI, and digital twins, and their enterprise applications.
• Design enterprise-scale AI architectures encompassing LLM-based solutions, MLOps, agent orchestration, data pipelines, and integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Establish and enforce best practices in trust, risk, governance, and compliance aligned with regulatory frameworks including GDPR, PDPL, and NDMO.
• Provide architectural leadership across AI infrastructure on cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Azure, as well as model deployment frameworks and edge/on-device AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs from proof of concept through production scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and consulting teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
• Mentor and develop AI architects, engineers, and consultants within the firm.
• Contribute to practice growth through go-to-market offerings, client proposals, and thought leadership representation at industry forums and conferences.

Must haves

• 8-10 years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML architecture roles.
• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles, ideally within Big 4, top-tier consulting, or a global systems integrator.
• Strong technical foundation in Large Language Models, generative AI, agent-based systems, MLOps, data engineering, and cloud-native AI solutions on GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with enterprise application ecosystems including ERP, CRM, and HRM platforms.
• Track record of leading large-scale AI programs and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into executive-level narratives and measurable business value.
