Job Summary
Lead the design and enhancement of data models that integrate information from multiple sources across the Qiddiya development division. Manage a specialized team and oversee the expansion of existing PowerBI capabilities to meet organizational reporting and analysis needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models incorporating cost data from Prism, time data from Primavera P6, risk data from Arm, metadata from Aconex, and various spreadsheets and databases
- Enhance the existing PowerBI data model to improve capabilities, accessibility, and scope of analysis
- Develop and refine data model strategy covering all development analysis and reporting requirements
- Manage the data modeling team consisting of an AI modeling expert, LLM modeling expert, and database technician
- Provide clear requirements to data owners regarding data tagging and incorporation into models
- Advise the Data Modeling and Performance & Analytics Director on best practices and solution enhancements
- Collaborate with the Data Office to ensure proper governance of data and reports
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to communicate technical solutions and their business impact
Requirements
- Degree educated in information services and/or data analytics
- Established experience working as part of an owner’s team on solutions for large and complex organizations
- Experience implementing software solutions into established working environments
- Experience with integration of existing software packages
- Ability to develop workflow and automated processes to enhance data capturing routines
- Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with individuals at various experience and authority levels
- Experience assessing individual and team performance to optimize efficiency
- Ability to support individuals with varying technical experience to encourage growth and development
- Fluency in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
