Job Summary

The Lead Solutions Architect at Acuative Middle East is the senior technical leader responsible for guiding the architecture and modernization of a proprietary enterprise platform supporting critical business operations. This role involves hands-on development, mentoring, and strategic technology advising within the Information Systems organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and architecture standards for Acuative’s application ecosystem.
• Mentor developers and enhance technical capabilities across teams.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality and alignment.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions and integration strategies.
• Participate in hands-on software development and lead platform modernization efforts.
• Drive improvements in application quality, reliability, and performance.
• Lead GitLab-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and promote DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Establish standards for maintainability, observability, and operational support.

Must haves

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Framework and modern .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing enterprise application architectures.
• Experience leading or mentoring software development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to haves

• Experience with ERP platforms or highly customized enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise ITSM platforms.
• Experience in managed services, telecommunications, networking, or field services.
• Experience supporting public-sector or regulated environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management processes.
