Lead/ Principal Business Consultant – Riyadh only

Job Summary

The Lead/Principal Business Consultant will support clients in investment operations and front-office domains by leading SimCorp Dimension® consulting and implementation projects, primarily based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Manage significant parts of SimCorp Dimension® consulting and implementation projects by understanding client requirements and proposing optimal solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and play a key role in project success.
• Serve as the main contact for clients regarding SimCorp Dimension® related inquiries.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
• Prepare requirement specifications for product management enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional tailored services to clients as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to improving implementation best practices and promote topics across projects.
• Engage actively in knowledge exchange with international colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in economics/finance, mathematics/computer science, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banks, asset managers, insurers, or consulting firms with exposure to ABOR, Alts Investment, Front Office, or related investment management areas.
• Strong understanding of investment management workflows and financial instruments, especially in accounting, alternatives investment, front-office processes, or related banking, asset management, or insurance domains.
• Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension® or experience implementing financial software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and analytically.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with commercial awareness, customer focus, and quality consciousness.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel.
