Lead Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Job Summary

Lead mechanical design and engineering activities for Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) and power plant projects. Develop engineering solutions, review technical specifications and drawings, and ensure compliance with international standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and engineering activities for CCGT and power plant projects
• Develop, review, and approve mechanical design calculations, technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering drawings
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of major CCGT and power plant components including Gas Turbine Generators, Heat Recovery Steam Generators, Cooling Water Systems, Boiler Feed Water Systems, Pumps, Compressors, Fuel Gas Systems, and Balance of Plant Equipment
• Participate in technical evaluations and equipment selection
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and design teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering
• Proven experience in CCGT Power Plants, Thermal Power Plants, or Large Power Generation Projects
• Strong knowledge of all major power plant mechanical systems and equipment
• Strong technical reporting, engineering calculations, and design review skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Preferred experience with Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Projects, Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine Systems, HRSG Design and Integration, Balance of Plant Engineering, Power Plant Mechanical Design Review, and EPC Power Generation Projects
