Job Summary
Lead the commissioning of data center HVAC and chilled water systems, overseeing factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and integrated systems testing to ensure mechanical systems operate reliably and meet design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Commission data center HVAC and chilled water systems
- Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing (IST)
- Test CRAH/CRAC units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and heat load performance
- Verify mechanical system redundancy, failover, and reliability testing
- Verify BMS integration, controls, alarms, and sequence of operation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university
- 12+ years of relevant experience
