Lead Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

The Lead Implementation Consultant at Sprinklr leads a team of implementation consultants to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the Sprinklr Platform, aligning with customer goals and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a high-performing implementation consulting team, supporting their development.
• Monitor and improve team performance on billable utilization and key business metrics.
• Define and uphold regional implementation strategies in coordination with other leaders.
• Collaborate with regional leaders across Sprinklr and related teams.
• Lead production of regional deliverables to enhance team performance and customer impact.
• Ensure implementation delivery standards are met and address any deviations.
• Serve as an escalation point for implementation consultants and represent Services leadership in strategic customer meetings.
• Provide expert recommendations on platform design and configuration to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment management or implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong people and team management skills with leadership proficiency.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.
• Experience and passion for social media technology.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Preferred: familiarity with social media platforms and social media management software.
• University degree or higher.
