Job Summary
Lead technical support and troubleshooting for integration and middleware platforms at DXC Technology in Riyadh. Oversee end-to-end transaction tracing, root cause analysis, and platform stability across IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, microservices, and containerized environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead transaction flow tracing from API Gateway (API Connect) through Enterprise Service Bus (ACE) to backend Microservices (Spring Boot)
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis investigations into middleware failures including message losses in MQ, synchronization errors in ACE, and JVM crashes
- Oversee stability of integration components on Red Hat OpenShift, managing resource allocation and pod scaling
- Manage and troubleshoot security protocols including Mutual TLS (mTLS), OAuth2, and JWE/JWS within the integration layer
- Troubleshoot App Connect Enterprise (ACE) message flows, ESQL logic errors, and adapter connectivity issues
- Manage IBM MQ queue managers, resolve channel retries, and investigate dead-letter queues and message persistence issues
- Analyze JVM thread dumps and heap dumps to resolve memory leaks and high CPU utilization in microservices
- Utilize ELK/Splunk to correlate logs across multiple microservices and identify failure points in distributed architecture
Requirements
- Mastery of IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I), specifically ACE, MQ, and API Connect
- Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring Boot including Spring Integration and Spring Cloud
- Expert-level proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Expert understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, AMQP, and MQTT protocols and standards
- Hands-on experience with IBM Instana, Dynatrace, or Prometheus/Grafana monitoring tools
- Ability to troubleshoot Spring Boot integration with databases (JPA/Hibernate) and external messaging systems (JMS/Kafka)
- Experience resolving API Connect issues related to API definitions, security policies, and Gateway (DataPower) latency
