Junior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

The Junior Solutions Engineer supports the design, development, and integration of AI, robotics, and related technology solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh involves assisting with implementation, technical workshops, and collaboration with consulting, presales, and sales teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and integrating AI, robotics, and technology solutions for customers.
• Support solution implementation and participate in technical workshops and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with consulting, presales, and sales teams to understand client requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and prepare basic technical documentation.
• Coordinate with senior engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Interact directly with customers to clarify technical needs and provide support.

Requirements

• Ability to work on software development tasks including understanding code, basic programming, and system configuration.
• Consulting and presales skills to assess customer needs, prepare proposals, and support presentations.
• Sales-related skills to collaborate with sales teams and support customer engagements.
• Integration skills to assist in connecting software, hardware, and cloud components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, robotics, or emerging technologies with interest in skill advancement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and technologies, and follow implementation methodologies.
