Integration Developer Team Member

Job Summary

Develop services, applications, and solutions for Business Support Systems and Customer Care Applications based on business and sales requirements. Monitor system performance and maintain deployed solutions while recommending upgrades to improve functionality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Study business and sales requirements and develop them into services, applications, and solutions; test and integrate with CRM and enterprise systems; maintain Zain internal and external web services, APIs including REST and SOAP, and third-party integrations
• Develop programs and integration processes for Business Support Systems and Customer Care Applications including Billing System, Provisioning System, CRM, ERP, mobile applications, USSD, IVR, and payment systems
• Assist in coding, implementing, and maintaining Relational Database Management systems; troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions using Oracle SQL and SQL Server
• Develop and administer Zain Services using Microsoft .Net Framework, .Net Core, Oracle PL/SQL, DELPHI, C#, Kafka, Redis, and message queuing technologies
• Monitor server and application performance daily; analyze deployed products and report areas for improvement in functionality, performance, availability, stability, and reliability
• Administer and maintain customer touch points including Zain Portal, USSD, CRM, IVR, Zain APP, CMS, and payment platforms; communicate requirements to vendors and ensure timely resolution
• Test systems, troubleshoot and debug complications; maintain documentation and create SQL reporting service reports; ensure proper technical documentation, source control, code review, deployment, and CI/CD practices
• Provide end user training for deployed systems and applications; handle user complaints and inquiries to ensure proper system utilization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
