Implementation and Service Specialist

Job Summary

The Implementation & Service Specialist manages the execution phase of solution selling offerings including ON!Track, Fleet Management, Health & Safety, and Productivity Software. The role involves partnering with internal teams to deploy implementations, enhance customer experience, and grow customer value through continuous engagement and sales of additional hardware, services, and software within a designated geographical territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face business activities to grow a loyal customer base in Tool Service Solutions within a designated geographical area
• Develop, analyze, and manage business plans related to the customer database to maintain and grow Tool Service Solutions
• Use Time and Territory Management (TTM) to zone territory by customer potential and previous sales, create daily schedules, and utilize sales productivity tools
• Demonstrate consultative selling and convince customers of their need for products or services
• Demo Hilti products and services in person to customers and train them on Tool Service Solutions
• Identify key customer roles, understand their responsibilities and needs, and obtain appointments with entry level decision makers at construction and industrial companies
• Collaborate with various Hilti departments including materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service to complete activities and achieve goals
• During Solution Implementations, define and manage overall project schedule and assign tasks and deadlines to project team members

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Background in IT/MIS
• Logistics background
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as applying stickers and cleaning tools
• Based in Riyadh
