HSM Performance Senior Manager

Job Summary

The HSM Performance Senior Manager is responsible for enhancing HungerStation Market’s overall business performance by delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer, and operational metrics for HungerStation Market.
• Monitor business performance, identify key drivers and gaps, and suggest corrective measures.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, executive updates, and detailed performance analyses.
• Conduct business forecasting and assist with annual and strategic planning processes.
• Drive OKR setting, tracking, and overall performance management.
• Analyze store, customer, commercial, operational, and logistics performance through deep dives.
• Support pricing and commercial optimization, including fees, margins, and promotions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI teams to align initiatives and translate priorities into actionable requirements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, e-commerce, or technology.
• Strong skills in business performance management, strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and convert complex analyses into clear recommendations.
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, retail, or technology preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound business judgment.
• Capability to switch between high-level strategy and detailed analysis.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently manage ambiguous, cross-functional topics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong SQL skills are a plus; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker is highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
