Head of Technology

Job Summary

Lead the technology function at 3 Clouds, overseeing software development, architecture, infrastructure, security, and delivery of software solutions. Direct technical strategy and manage engineering teams across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall technology strategy and technical direction for the company
• Manage software development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and technical functions
• Oversee architecture, development, integration, and maintenance of company products and platforms
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements
• Lead technical decisions on architecture, frameworks, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and development standards
• Manage engineering teams, technical leads, and technology resources
• Establish development standards, workflows, documentation, code quality, and release processes
• Work with Product, Operations, UX/UI, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development or technology roles
• 3+ years in a technical leadership position
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity principles
• Proven experience managing software development and technical teams
• Experience delivering complex, scalable software platforms and integrations
• Strong understanding of Agile development and software delivery processes
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in FinTech, banking solutions, trading platforms, or CRM systems is highly preferred
