Group Operations Lead

Job Summary

The Group Operations Lead is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across all units. The role involves optimizing production, ensuring quality and compliance, supporting automation, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Group Operation Manuals regularly.
• Develop and implement QA checklists for all operating units.
• Establish and uphold protocols for internal operations audits, including HSE compliance.
• Assess production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and reduce waste.
• Review production planning activities such as forecasting, ordering, receiving, and warehouse management.
• Work with plant managers and teams to apply best practices across operations.
• Map processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Lead efforts to standardize mixing procedures and advance automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or chemical engineering.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience in the relevant field.
