GenAI Solutions Architect – BytePlus – Chinese Speaker

Job Summary

Join BytePlus as a GenAI Solutions Architect to partner with regional sales teams, qualify leads, and deliver technical solutions to enterprise clients. You will lead end-to-end client engagement from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, while collaborating with product teams to shape the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results
• Lead enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation delivery
• Conduct demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery for clients
• Act as trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams to articulate feature requests and shape product roadmap
• Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge across cloud and ML products
• Work closely with product teams to close PMF gaps and drive product development iterations
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell activities with Account Executives

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen
• 5 years of related work experience in a similar or related field
• Past experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystem
• Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa (MEA)
• Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment, strong problem solver, resilient
• Chinese language proficiency required for managing stakeholders and business growth with Chinese speaking clients and partners

Nice to haves

• Computer science or engineering equivalent degrees
• Experience working with large enterprise clients in verticals like e-commerce, Retail, Media, Entertainment, Gaming
• Background in solution architect or pre-sales solution engineering roles in B2B space, ideally in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing
• Deep understanding of Public Cloud, edge network (CDN), security (WAF, DDoS), video streaming, livestream solutions, RTC, VOD, and ML applications including ML Recommend, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI
