Job Summary

This part-time Full Stack .NET Trainer role at Code Circle in Amman involves delivering practical training on modern web development using .NET technologies, database design, API development, and software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Razor Views.
• Teach SQL Server, relational database design, SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance basics.
• Train participants on Entity Framework Core, LINQ, CRUD operations, and database integration.
• Explain RESTful API development, HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, authorization, and API testing.
• Provide fundamentals of application security including input validation, secure authentication, and common web vulnerabilities.
• Guide participants through real projects covering requirements analysis, system architecture, implementation, debugging, and deployment.
• Teach professional programming practices, clean architecture concepts, and maintainable application design.
• Introduce Azure basics and application deployment as part of the training plan.
• Prepare exercises, assignments, tests, and technical assessments.
• Assist participants in understanding Microsoft and Azure certification paths, exam objectives, and practical preparation.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive technical feedback.

Must haves

• At least 3 years of practical experience in .NET development or equivalent proven professional experience.
• High proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience in developing and explaining integrated web applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical mentoring skills with ability to clarify complex concepts and conduct practical coding sessions.
• Availability to provide training approximately two days per week.

Nice to haves

• Previous experience delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure and deploying applications.
• Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications or demonstrated knowledge of their exam topics.
• Experience with Git, debugging, software testing, and secure programming practices.
• Having a portfolio of real projects or publicly available code samples.
