Job Summary

Develop interactive e-learning courses for the TranslationHub platform using Articulate Storyline. Design storyboards, build guided process simulations, create assessment content, and package SCORM-compliant courses for enterprise software training.

Responsibilities

• Review TranslationHub inventory and Figma user-journey documentation to scope course content by workflow and persona.
• Design and build storyboards for each course in Figma or PowerPoint.
• Develop interactive Articulate courses with introduction segments, conversational Q&A sections, guided step-by-step simulations, and graded assessments.
• Write two-person conversational scripts for course intro and Q&A segments intended for AI voiceover generation.
• Build guided, click-through process simulations that replicate live TranslationHub platform screens.
• Create MCQ-based question banks for course assessments.
• Package completed courses as SCORM-compliant files for handover to the CDP platform team.
• Coordinate with Hashem Adnan Jadan on Arabic localization, terminology alignment, and QA approval, and participate in weekly syncs with the CDP platform team.

Must haves

• Proven hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or equivalent authoring tool.
• Experience packaging and delivering SCORM-compliant e-learning courses.
• Instructional design background for enterprise, process, or system training, particularly software walkthroughs and role-based workflows.
• Ability to design from Figma or PowerPoint storyboards and build guided platform simulations with click-through, step-by-step process walkthroughs.
• Experience designing course assessments including MCQ question banks, pass thresholds, and section-based question pools.

Nice to haves

• Experience with AI voiceover tools such as ElevenLabs and writing conversational two-presenter scripts for voiceover generation.
• Arabic-language e-learning localization experience, particularly Modern Standard Arabic.
• Prior experience building courses for government or public-sector ERP/HR platforms or large-scale enterprise rollouts.
