Field Service Engineer – Riyadh

Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer provides technical support by installing, maintaining, and repairing diagnostic instruments in hospital and laboratory settings, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment with minimal supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical training on products to clients.
• Perform timely and accurate Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instructions as required.
• Travel within the district territory to service instrumentation in various locations.
• Document and report all repairs and product failures.
• Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, order repair parts, and manage cycle times promptly.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and build strong relationships to become a trusted partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing biomedical and laboratory electronic equipment.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external customers.
