Field Engineer – Emerging Talent Program

Job Summary

Join Baker Hughes’ Emerging Talent Program as a Field Engineer in Riyadh. Over approximately 36 months, you will serve as the key interface between on-site teams and clients, leading crews to ensure proper equipment installation, maintenance, and startup while exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, liaising with customers and shore-based Operations Managers
• Participate in solving complex technical problems through hands-on work at rig sites
• Prepare, document, and manage inbound and outbound equipment and products to and from well sites
• Provide support for tenders, including data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities
• Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop comprehensive understanding of the business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, completed within the last 36 months
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Legally entitled to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restriction
• Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude for teamwork and ability to guide others
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills with data analysis and project management abilities
