Expert Senior Manager, Product Management & Innovation

Job Summary

Lead product management and innovation initiatives within Bain & Company’s AI, Insights & Solutions team. You will develop omnichannel solutions across industries, define strategic vision with cross-functional teams, and advise on innovation and product strategy while managing direct and cross-functional reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered design strategy and product innovation by integrating design into product strategy, translating user insights into clear product vision, roadmap, and development-ready backlog
• Set strategy and lead delivery of proof of concepts, minimum viable products, and products using agile and product best practices
• Own product planning, roadmaps, and execution by developing and evolving product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and prioritizing across multiple workstreams
• Inspire, align, and lead cross-functional teams across Bain, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum toward results
• Build capabilities and drive thought leadership by mentoring others and leading capability-building in human-centered design, agile, technical fluency, and innovation-driven product management
• Engage with clients from research and planning through execution, managing senior stakeholders and preparing meetings
• Work on integrated teams to define and own workplans, foster cross-collaboration, and oversee answer and product definition and delivery
• Travel 40–50% as required

Must haves

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management with deep expertise in agile methodologies, design thinking, and software development practices
• Expert knowledge in the four lenses (feasibility, viability, desirability, strategy) and ability to manage any lens as needed
• Expert in product managing software development, including hands-on experience in AI solutions
• Expert in business case building to identify, quantify, and frame product or solution value
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Relevant Master’s degree in business, technology, or related field
• Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial environments

• Background in architecture, software development, or data pipelines
