ERP Sales Manager

Job Summary

The ERP Sales Manager role, based in Amman, Jordan, is responsible for leading sales efforts of ERP solutions, primarily focusing on Odoo. The position involves managing the full sales cycle and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of ERP solutions with an emphasis on Odoo products.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead identification to deal closure.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and conduct discovery meetings.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Monitor sales performance, manage sales pipelines, and forecast sales outcomes.
• Support sales operations including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and represent the company in meetings, events, and client visits.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline and forecast management.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management for ERP clients.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations and demos tailored to client requirements.
• Experience selling ERP or business software solutions; Odoo experience is a significant advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory, CRM, and HR and their ERP support.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Amman and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
