ERP Application Specialist

Job Summary

Lead the implementation and ongoing support of an ERP system covering HCM, SCM, and Finance modules. Act as the primary liaison between vendor teams and business stakeholders, managing configurations, user training, and system optimization throughout the deployment and post-launch phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP deployment and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand vendor configurations in finance, HR, and supply chain modules.
• Support end-user training and conduct training sessions and workshops.
• Provide second-line support and troubleshoot ERP-related technical and functional issues.
• Manage change requests and control the application change management process.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and lead ERP upgrades and patches.
• Document support processes, maintain knowledge base articles, and create process documentation.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP or Oracle Fusion in minimum 2 out of 3 functional areas: HCM, SCM, and Finance.
• ERP implementation experience in healthcare.
• Previous ERP implementation experience.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of data migration and system integration.
• SQL and database management experience.
• Experience connecting ERP with third-party systems such as Hospital Information System or Student Information System.
