Director AI and Data Value

Job Summary

Lead the design, build, and governance of AI and data capabilities across Riyadh Air’s organisation. You will develop enterprise AI and data strategy, transform data into a strategic asset, and drive adoption and value realisation across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and govern AI and data capability across people, processes, and technology to enable a data-driven and AI-enabled enterprise
• Define and lead enterprise AI and data strategy and roadmap, positioning data as a strategic asset for growth and cost optimisation
• Act as the organisation’s AI evangelist, driving education, adoption, and value realisation across the business
• Shape and evolve the AI and Data operating model, balancing insourcing, outsourcing, and delivery capability
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, proactively managing risk and removing delivery obstacles
• Set enterprise standards for AI and data methods, tools, and practices, driving consistency and efficiency at scale
• Lead development and enforcement of robust AI and data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Work closely with executive and senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology, and the wider business to translate strategic ambition into scalable solutions

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• Minimum 12+ years’ experience in data, AI, platform engineering, or related disciplines
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to work across multiple areas
• Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading large-scale data capability transformations is highly valued
