Digital Transformation Specialist

Job Summary

A Digital Transformation Specialist who converts business processes and operational challenges into automated, scalable digital solutions. The role focuses on identifying digitalization opportunities, designing efficient workflows, and executing end-to-end transformation initiatives using ERP systems, automation, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, AI adoption, and reduction of manual work.
• Design and implement Digital To-Be processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Identify and implement digital solutions using ERP systems, Workflow Automation, AI, AI Agents, and System Integrations.
• Execute digital transformation initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, UAT, go-live, and impact measurement.
• Measure and continuously improve digital initiatives based on automation rate, process cycle time, productivity, operational efficiency, and reduction of manual work.

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Process Automation, ERP Transformation, or Digital Solutions.
• Hands-on experience translating business processes and requirements into implemented digital solutions.
• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering skills.
• Process Mapping and Digital To-Be Design capabilities.
• ERP Systems and Process Automation knowledge.
• Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents, and System Integrations understanding.

Nice to haves

• Knowledge or certification in Lean or Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents and their application in business operations.
