Job Summary
The Digital Transformation Expert will provide technical assistance to support the digitalisation of public institutions, e-government, and institutional modernisation within the framework of the EU-funded Egypt Downtown Facility project.
Responsibilities
- Support technical assistance assignments related to digital transformation strategies.
- Assist in digitalisation of public institutions and e-government systems.
- Contribute to institutional modernisation and implementation of digital workflows.
- Help design and implement data-driven public administration approaches.
- Conduct digital maturity assessments and institutional diagnostics.
- Develop digital transformation roadmaps.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, digital transformation, public administration, engineering, or a related field.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in digital transformation and digitalisation of public institutions.
- Experience with digital maturity assessments, institutional diagnostics, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Experience with digital workflows, e-government systems, and data-driven approaches.
- Knowledge of public-sector digital transformation in Egypt/MENA is desirable.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
