Digital Delivery Manager

Job Summary

The Digital Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and implementation of digital and technological solutions within project management consultancy workflows. This role manages cross-functional teams to deliver innovative visitor experiences and smart site technologies, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement technology roadmaps aligned with long-term project delivery objectives.
• Automate and digitize traditional PMC workflows using cloud-based solutions.
• Manage BIM data integration with project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools.
• Lead change management and training for adoption of new digital platforms by project teams and clients.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with construction technology vendors and software providers.
• Create project dashboards with tools like Power BI for real-time progress and predictive analytics.
• Oversee delivery of digital solutions including custom software, interactive media, mobile apps, and IoT integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, construction managers, and content curators to integrate digital hardware into physical environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over 10 years’ experience in digital project management, technical production, or software product management, preferably in mega-events or international expositions.
• At least 5 years in project management consultancy, construction, or engineering, with minimum 2 years focused on digital transformation or construction technology.
• Certifications such as PMP, BIM Manager, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of AV technology, CMS, immersive technologies (AR/VR/XR), projection mapping, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), project management tools (Procore, Primavera P6), and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working on World Expo, Olympic Games, or major international events.
• Leadership skills managing diverse teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and network engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
