Job Summary
Datahub Analytics is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize IT infrastructure using Linux, Ansible, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies. You will ensure system reliability, scalability, and security while collaborating with development and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement and manage Ansible automation for system provisioning and configuration.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize containerization solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply performance tuning.
- Ensure security hardening and compliance for Linux and Kubernetes environments.
- Automate deployment pipelines and integrate CI/CD tools.
- Perform regular system updates, patching, and backups.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or DevOps roles.
- Proven experience with Linux administration including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and management.
- Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
