Job Summary

The Developer role involves creating and maintaining workflows, reports, dashboards, low-code applications, and custom software components, while ensuring quality standards and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain approved workflows, reports, dashboards, low-code apps, and custom software under senior guidance.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot, fix defects, and comply with coding and quality standards.
• Manage source code repositories and version control for efficient development and deployment.
• Prepare and update technical documentation including system designs, configurations, code, and user guides.
• Develop solutions based on approved business requirements, functional specs, and technical designs.
• Support system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with deployment activities, verify post-deployment success, and ensure smooth production releases.
• Create knowledge transfer materials and support handover to operations and application support teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration and development in assigned reporting environments.
• Hands-on configuration and development in custom software applications.
• Hands-on configuration and development in SharePoint and content management environments.
• Hands-on configuration and development in Power Apps and other low-code platforms.
• Hands-on configuration and development in Power Automate environments.
• Experience with Articulate 360 including configuration, content workflows, interfaces, and technical support when assigned.
• Experience with Jincom including configuration, content workflows, interfaces, and technical support when assigned.
