Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you will lead enterprise customers through AI deployment from discovery to production rollout. You translate AI initiatives into executable plans and measurable outcomes, working across customers, engineering teams, and product to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand their processes, systems, and key problems to solve
• Lead discovery sessions to map workflows, constraints, and success criteria
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and production rollouts
• Translate customer requirements into clear deployment plans for engineering teams
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout deployment
• Support production launches and verify solutions are adopted and functioning as intended
• Monitor deployed agents and identify follow-up improvements and expansion opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and convert them into concrete plans
• Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action
• Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments
• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles (preferred)
• Prior hands-on engineering experience (preferred)
• Experience supporting production software launches (preferred)
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments (preferred)
