Delivery Manager

Job Summary

The Delivery Manager will oversee projects from contract signing through client acceptance, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and scope-aligned delivery while leading cross-functional teams and representing Datahub Analytics to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Translate contracts and project scopes into detailed plans, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary contact for client sponsors and conduct progress and steering meetings.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, BI developers, and analysts, resolving any obstacles they face.
• Oversee risks, changes, and budgets to maintain project health and profitability.
• Support the pre-sales team in developing realistic plans and timelines for new proposals.

Must haves

• At least 7 years of experience delivering IT or data projects, including 3 years managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven experience working with government, banking, or large enterprise clients.
• Technical knowledge in data and BI sufficient to challenge estimates and identify risks early.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to haves

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience delivering projects in KSA or the GCC.
• Background in consulting.
