Decision Support & Analytics Lead

Job Summary

The Decision Support & Analytics Lead will direct analytics and business intelligence efforts by managing a team to convert complex data into strategic insights, develop executive dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the analytics team in daily data modeling, strategic planning, and performance reporting.
• Set operational KPIs for the analytics team ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate collaboration between business units and technical teams to align data requirements.
• Manage the preparation and execution of strategic analytical plans and business performance evaluations.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into executive summaries, presentations, and actionable strategies.
• Detect operational challenges and market trends to suggest risk mitigation and strategic improvements.
• Oversee the creation and enhancement of interactive executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Standardize analytical frameworks and reporting templates across business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Decision Support with leadership or team supervision.
• Advanced skills in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, SQL, and data visualization.
• Expertise in strategic reporting, financial and operational data modeling, and executive presentations.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
