Job Summary

This role involves leading cross-functional analytics initiatives to improve decision-making across business units by delivering dashboards, reports, tools, and predictive analyses. It also includes managing resource allocation for advanced analytics projects and supporting business units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of advanced analytics experts and data scientists (SWAT team) to address cross-sector and strategic requests.
• Facilitate collaboration between the SWAT team and business unit-specific insight specialists and data scientists to enhance analytical capacity.
• Allocate analytical resources from the SWAT team to support complex and standardized analytics requests from business units.
• Identify and propose cross-functional analytics use cases based on available data and business unit needs.
• Prioritize the implementation of cross-functional analyses by evaluating their potential value creation for STC.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Telecommunications, Financial Services (Information Products), or e-commerce sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
