Data & Pricing Executive

Job Summary

The Pricing Executive provides analytical and operational support for pricing activities in the parcel freight business. The role involves case management, customer-specific pricing analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support commercial objectives through data-driven recommendations and structured analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual customer pricing cases from start to finish, including detailed financial analysis of customer data.
• Support the transition of customer cohorts to new pricing offers as part of strategic initiatives.
• Follow formal processes for pricing review and escalation to decision-making forums.
• Document and communicate pricing outcomes with clarity and consistency.
• Provide commercially sound, data-driven pricing justifications to the Sales team.
• Investigate pricing anomalies or trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, or Looker.
• Contribute to process improvements and support operational efficiency in pricing workflows.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Finance / Accounting, or Information Technology / Analytics.
• Financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Data analytics using Excel and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Python.
• Data modelling experience.
• Strong financial and commercial analysis capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Strong team orientation and collaboration skills.
• Results-driven focus on performance with self-motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
• Rapid learner with adaptability in complex environments and service-focused mindset.
