Job Summary

The Data and AI Architect at IBM Consulting in Riyadh designs and leads the implementation of cognitive computing solutions across multiple platforms, focusing on system architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solution architectures for business challenges using system engineering, cloud architectures, and probabilistic systems.
• Lead the development, integration, and testing of cognitive computing solutions ensuring full system functionality.
• Select appropriate analytics components considering content formats, data sources, and interfaces.
• Develop solution blueprints covering the entire information flow from source to knowledge base.
• Engineer cognitive systems applying system decomposition and synthesis techniques with Watson technology.

Must haves

• Strong knowledge of system engineering principles, cloud architectures, and probabilistic and stochastic systems.
• Expertise in cognitive technology, including the Watson technology suite.
• Experience with content management systems, data sources, and content integration.
• Skills in performance architecture and engineering of cognitive systems focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Proven leadership in developing, integrating, and testing complex cognitive solutions.

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with cloud platform scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Experience with probabilistic and stochastic systems for solution development.
• Understanding of various data sources and content formats for cognitive computing.

Preferred Education

• Master’s Degree
